Premier Dental Care accepts most dental insurance plans. When scheduling your initial appointment, please provide us with your provider’s information.

Insurance generally covers a portion of the total cost of your dental care. Unless arranged otherwise, please provide payment for the remaining portion of the bill in order to reserve time with our doctor. It is your responsibility to pay any outstanding balance not covered by your insurance.
